Cookie Policy

COOKIE POLICY

Conor S.r.l. with registered office in 40127 – Bologna, Via Delle Viti n. 5, as Data controller of the processing of personal data (hereinafter, “Conor” or the “Data controller”) informs you that this document is an integral part of the policy on the processing of personal data pursuant to Articles 13 and subsequent of the General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679 (GDPR) available at the following link www.conorsrl.it and is drawn up in this manner only and exclusively to allow the user to better understand the use, purposes and deactivation of the cookies.
The Data controller has appointed the Lawyer Wanda Carla Cerioli as Personal data protection manager (also “DPO” or “Data Protection Officer”), who can be contacted at the following e-mail address: GDPR-DPOGruppo@agribologna.it.
What are cookies
Cookies are small text strings that the websites visited by the user send to their terminal (usually the browser), where they are stored before being re-transmitted to the same websites at the next visit by the same user. The use of cookies allows, for example, to: remember what is in the cart when buying products online, support users in accessing a website, analyse the traffic generated by users on a website or monitor the browsing behaviour of the users themselves. For more information, you can consult the section of the website of the Authority for the protection of personal data dedicated to this matterhttp://www.garanteprivacy.it/cookie or visit the website http://www.aboutcookies.org/
Types of cookies
Cookies can be from first parties (i.e. “first-party cookies”) if they are installed directly by the managers of the websites that users visit; they can be from third parties (i.e. “third-party cookies”), instead, when they concern services, which are external to the websites to which users access, often of an advertising nature.
Purpose and legal basis
Cookies are used for different purposes, namely:

  • technical cookies: these are cookies that are used to browse or to provide a service requested by the user, such as, for example, registering the password in restricted areas, registering products in the cart to have the possibility of finding them in the next session, saving the selected language, viewing a video, etc. (i.e. “navigation/functional cookies”). They are cookies usually installed directly by the website owner and do not require the user's consent.

  • analytical cookies: these are cookies that collect information in anonymous and aggregate form on the number of users and on how they visit the website. These cookies can be from first or third parties and, like technical cookies, do not require the user's consent.

  • profiling cookies: these are cookies designed to create user profiles and are used in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the same in the context of browsing the net and, as such, require the express and free consent of the user. These cookies can include different categories of cookies, including advertising profiling cookies, retargetingcookies, social cookies (or social plug-ins that will be analysed later) and analytical cookies that are not limited to aggregate statistical analysis.

Temporal duration of cookies
All cookies may have a duration limited to a single browsing session on the browser (i.e. session cookies), and, in this case, they are automatically deactivated when the browser is closed by the user; or they may have a predetermined expiry date and, in this case, they will remain stored and active on the user's hard disk until this expiration date, continuing to collect information during different browsing sessions on the browser (i.e. permanent cookies).
Management and deactivation of cookies
The user can manage the preferences relating to technical, analytical and profiling cookies directly within his/her browser. Browsers can automatically accept or reject cookies, but they allow users to change these settings. The “Settings” menu, which is found in most browsers, will explain you how to change the setting of your browser regarding cookies, how to get a notification from the browser when it receives a new cookie and how to disable all cookies jointly. You can also disable or delete the cookies you have previously accepted, if you wish. To find out how to manage cookies in the following browsers, click on the link indicated below:

It should be noted that by deactivating some cookies or all of them some features of this website will be reduced and/or will no longer be available.
With regards to third-party cookies, since their installation cannot be technically controlled by the Data controller, any specific reference to cookies and tracking systems installed by third parties is to be considered purely indicative.
